ENERGET/AIRGENT

ENERGET/AIRGENT

Airgent™/ EnerJet is a safe, long-term skin remodeling treatment that improves the visible signs of aging and makes your skin look younger. The treatment uses Jet Volumetric Remodeling (JVR) technology – a high-pressure jet technology to laterally introduce healing agents deep into the dermal layer of the skin for a wide range of aesthetic indications. This single, innovative, non-thermal and non-surgical solution is suitable for all skin types and all areas of the body. EnerJet is ideal for kinetic facelifts, scar repair and dermal thickening. EnerJet solutions are proven to deliver superior, immediate and long-lasting clinical results.

Treatment can be used for lifting and tightening the neck area, improving acne, stretch marks and surgical scars, reducing fine wrinkles, and improving the appearance of aging hands and loose skin around the knees and elbows.

Approximately 95% of people with acne vulgaris will suffer from scarring following the initial acne inflammation. Most common are trophic acne scars caused by collagen loss during the healing process. These depressed scars can be further classified into icepick, boxcar and rolling types. Hypertrophic acne scars, caused by increased collagen content are considered less common.

Acne scars may result from damage to the skin during the healing of active acne. The two causes of acne scars formation can be categorized as either a result of increased tissue formation or, the more common cause, loss or damage of tissue. Additionally, acne scars can be divided into 3 basic subtypes: icepick scars, rolling scars, and boxcar scars based on their width, depth and 3-dimensional composition.

The EnerJet Acne Scars treatment can help improve the appearance of all acne scar subtypes. It is suitable for all skin types, requires minimal downtime and can be carried out year-round.

EnerJet2.0 acne scars treatment modality will enable treating all scar subtypes, year round, applicable to darker skin types, and will achieve results in minimal downtime.

Jet Volumetric RemodelingTM (JVR)

Men and women who are seeking non-surgical solutions to skin tightening and firming may be candidates for Exilis Elite™. During your consultation with our medical team, several factors such as your health, medical history, cosmetic goals and expectations will be assessed to determine if this treatment is right for you.

Is Exilis Elite™ Safe?

Jet Volumetric RemodelingTM powers the EnerJetTM. This needle-free proprietary technology simultaneously delivers kinetic energy and a healing compound with minimal epidermal damage, enabling a controlled deep injury profile effect for dermal remodeling. The combined effect of a controlled micro-trauma and suitable healing compounds for each indication induces collagen generation, creating thicker tissue and correcting skin imperfections for long-lasting aesthetic improvement.

A powerful jet injection blasts compounds into the deeper layers of the skin, inducing a deep volumetric micro-trauma effect with an optimal spread of the material. The jet stream disperses the skin enhancing agent laterally, covering 100 times the area of one 32G needle’s entry point while leaving minimal signs on the outer layer of the skin.

The synergy between two effects sets in motion a cascade healing processes, resulting in a natural healing and hydrating process that generates production of new collagen, ultimately generating skin thickening and tightening.

The EnerJet Acne Scars treatment works by using pneumatic acceleration of high-mass hyaluronic acid (HA) particles. These particles penetrate the epidermis through a tiny, micro-sized entry point. Once the solution reaches the dermal layer, it spreads laterally, causing a subcision effect, or a break in the scar’s fibrotic strands, which tie the scar to the underlying subcutaneous tissue. This releases the scar tissue, allowing the fibroblast cells to form a new connective tissue and generate new collagen during the course of natural wound healing. This is combined with a dermal filler effect. The filler optimized for acne scars improves the way the body responds to the healing process, producing a synergic effect enhancing the desired result. The filler raise the scars to the level of the surrounding skin, obtaining a smoother look and feel.

EnerJet’s needleless of action is based on high-velocity pneumatic acceleration of high-mass hyaluronic acid particles which penetrates the epidermis through a tiny entry point. Once the accelerated jet reaches the dermal layer, it spreads laterally, causing a controlled micro-injury to the dermal layer, initiating the wound-healing process, and stimulating neo collagenesis a favorable secondary effect.

JVR technology has shown promising results, and may address some of the limitation of other treatment modalities, and may be used in combination for an effective treatment. This technology is associated with short downtimes and is applicable to all acne scare subtypes as well as all skin types. With JVR technology, the specific scar area is treated, in contrast to other modalities such as chemical peels or laser skin resurfacing where a significantly larger area outside the scar is subject to the treatment.

To compensate for this, JVR technology enables EnerJet treatments to deliver an immediate and visible effect until the long-term skin remodeling healing natural effect becomes visible.

Safe

Safety is one of the leading advantages of JVR technology. Because it is active in the dermis, damage to the epidermis is avoided. The tiny entry points are up to only 200 microns. No needles are required. Only the target skin layer is treated. JVR technology also enables treating all skin types, all year round, without any risk of burns.
